saTurn ~ saturn is the star of turn-around..... it brings a turning point, the point in time, where appears a turn..... the turn of events.....

saTurn says- just Turn.....

and,

for a being that turning point comes when the being is purified to the point that it is ready to be liberated from this mortal plane.....

"the exit path is the real turn for any spirit being" 

now, purification in sanskrit is called "shuddhi" and the real kind of shuddhi happens only thru' speech.....

no wonder that the center of speech is called V-shuddhi only, for it's the speech which purifies the being or can be said that one can purify oneself thru' speech.....

and, V marks the upward branching that runs into the brain as pathways.....

Vaak-shuddhi means speech purification as well as purification thru' proper speech.....

and,

Vaak-shuddhi is a sonic purification practise of the Vedic times which beings today know as chanting or japa.....

but, it is/was a part of real tapasya.....

quite unlike today that mere repetition of a sanskrit verse is called chanting or japa.....

whereas, all chanting, all japa, all repetition of sentences is/was purely a speech purification technique and, activation & connecting with all five elements since, all five elements has sound as a common quality.....

even the scriptures mention thousands & thousands repetition of specific sounds to rectify/nullify the effects of a negative action or a tendency.....

which the practitioners (yogi, muni) would practice in a certain number of days, weeks or months and not like the idea today of doing one lac or ten lac chantings in one go.....

however, the real sonic practice involves nature & natural speech practice, reading of knowledge while speaking with proper posture, diet & inputs.....

and, it's an everyday practice..!!!
