saturn, shani, the ruler of time.....

"the lack of discipline creates the fear of saturn"

the majority of the beings fear saturn, so all want to please & propitiate saturn..... as the popular idea goes in the field of astrology that anybody can please any graha by certain remedy and so can be saturn.....
and, the most popular remedy for saturn is to offer mustard oil in a saturn temple.....
therefore, tons of mustard oil is poured on a saturn eye-doll in the world but, the world still remains in the most pathetic situation ever.....
no amount of mustard oil succeeded in lifting off the malefic effects from the masses.....
but, why not..???
in the Vedic texts, the seers mentioned different things related to each of the grahas wherein they mentioned iron & mustard oil for saturn.....
what does it mean..???
"millions of mustard seeds grinded together in the pressing stone produce the mustard oil"
so, what is with the mustard oil that coheres with saturn..???
~ the pressing stone represents the time cycle (समय का कोल्हू),
~ the mustard seeds represent the spirits (जीव आत्मा) and,
~ the mustard oil represents the grind of time that the spirits have to undergo while being trapped in the presser of time,
~ the cyclical movement of the presser represents the continuity of the grind.....
and, Vedic seers wanted beings to sense this time phenomenon connected with saturn which the whole spirit mass is being grinded into, and not merely offer mustard oil thinking it will reduce, lower or nullify the effect of time/sa-turn on oneself, untill mustard oil gains the power to end one's tri-dimensionality.....
simply discipline, earn purity/sat (सत) and sail above the ocean of saturn frequency..... for no tri-dimensional world is ever free from the effects of time. ~~~ V
